Multiple option for custom field

I noticed there is no way to give multiple options to the applicants to choose from.
Example
Are you:
[Checkbox]Community Manager
[Checkbox]Head of Community
[Checkbox] Customer Success
I need to let them pick one option.
Usually this option has a field blank for when they choose 'Other'.
But even the multiple option to be selected is a good step.
Otherwise I need additional form platform to ask and learn more about them.

Hi Francisco, we released the "Select" option on forms which gives you the ability to add options for folks to choose from. We are still working on allowing users to select "multiple options". Thank you!
