For those with a community on Discord, obtaining the email addresses of members for outside engagement and tracking can be difficult. Our Discord Integration offers an easy-to-use solution through the optional installation of the Member Verification bot. It will help you identify members of your Discord community so you can take appropriate actions.
If you currently use a bot for user verification, such as a Captcha bot, do not hesitate to replace it with our verification solution. Our bot requires new members to authorize it with a single click without going through the lengthy Captcha image generator process.ย

Community CRM

  • A Community Page issue where users could not click on a member to view their public profile has been fixed such that users can now click on a member to go to their public profile page.
  • The โ€œCompanyโ€ field on the CRM was limited to 30 characters and has now been updated to accommodate additional characters.
  • Some contacts were being incorrectly merged with new contacts and this issue has been fixed.
  • Resolved a geo/regional issue when embed forms (events or community applications) were not loading properly.
  • Fixed an issue when members on the community page didn't have a click-through link to their public profile
  • Fixed an issue when the UI was blocking creating a company name longer than 30 characters.
  • Fixed an issue when some Google addresses with longer text couldn't be saved as the event location.
  • Fixed an issue when some contacts were incorrectly merged with new ones.

Community CRM

When viewing contact lists in the Community CRM, you can now select which columns are visible and in what order. To access this feature, click the "three dots" button and select "Edit columns." To then change the order of columns, simply drag and drop the column name in the right place.

With Talkbase, you have the option to export your CRM data as either an XLSX file for Microsoft Excel or a CSV file. Additionally, you can also create a HubSpot contact list or a Mailchimp list with tags directly from the platform.

Within the registration settings, there is an option to deactivate event registrations completely. This is useful if you wish to keep your event listed but have already reached maximum capacity and need to close your waitlist as well.

We've made a few general improvements and fixes, as described below.
๐Ÿ… Improvements
  • When accepting a new workspace invitation, you can now see if you are already logged in. You will have the ability to accept the invitation with a different account.
  • Event confirmation emails and reminder emails now contain the event link.
  • Imported contacts which already exist in your CRM will now be automatically merged, rather than creating a duplicate contact.
  • We have added more information on integration installation failure messages, like if the integration is already installed in another workspace.
  • We've made general UI improvements on the Community Page.
  • Exporting data from the CRM to XLSX now includes all default and custom attributes.
  • Embedding the list of events onto a site will now display an empty state when there are no future events.

  • Fixed an issue when importing contacts from empty states of the CRM.
  • Fixed merging contacts incorrectly merging event registrations.

With the revamped Community Page, you can build the public hub of your community resources within minutes. This will keep your community members up-to-date with your latest events, and you can also share recordings of past events for those who may have missed them.

On your new community homepage, you have a range of features available to help you manage and showcase your community. One of these features is the ability to customize the customer header and logo by uploading graphics of your choice. This allows you to create a unique and recognizable brand identity for your community.
Upcoming & Past Events
Another feature available is the Events section. Here, you can access all events and event recordings in one place, making it easy for your members to stay up-to-date with your latest activities. This is especially useful for those who may have missed previous events and want to catch up.
Add Resources & Links
In addition to the Events section, you also have the option to add highlighted resources and secondary links on your homepage. This feature is called Resources and it allows you to share tips, guidelines, and other useful information with your community. You can easily organize and present these resources in an attractive and user-friendly format.
Member Directory
Finally, the People section allows you to highlight community members and managers. This feature is especially useful for recognizing active members and providing a sense of community within your group. By highlighting members and managers, you can create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone to enjoy.
